TRAVEL ADVICE – IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS

 Dear Patients

Due to increased levels of demand placed on our Nursing Team the practice NO LONGER offers a travel advice service.

We can provide you with a print out of your vaccination history free of charge, but for advice you will need to go to a private travel clinic.

When you have received your travel advice and know which vaccinations you require, the surgery can give Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Diptheria, Polio and Tetanus vaccinations without charge. Other vaccinations will be chargeable and would have to be administered and paid for at the private travel clinic.

Our Receptionists can give you details of the nearest Travel Clinic
