Community District Nursing Team
The district nurses of Ashwell and Baldock now work together as a team, covering the patients of both surgeries, 7 days a week. They will:
- Assess your individual requirements and respond accordingly
- Carry out skilled nursing care during your illness
- Advise and support you on all health matters
- Teach you and your relatives how to cope with your health needs and be as independent as possible
- Be in close contact with your G.P. regarding your treatment
- Advise on how to contact other services you may require.
